When you place an order through our website, this represents an offer to purchase the products you have selected. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that the products you ordered have been dispatched or are ready for collection.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, unavailability of products, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

Payment must be made in full before we dispatch your order, unless we have agreed to other arrangements in writing.

We will deliver the products to the address you provide when placing your order. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified or when you collect the products.

If you fail to take delivery of the products or provide incorrect delivery information, we may charge you for storage costs and additional delivery attempts.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We warrant that the products will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described on our website. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement.

If a dispute arises between you and us, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. Most customer concerns can be resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction by contacting our customer service team.

If the dispute cannot be resolved by direct communication, either party may seek to resolve the dispute through mediation or legal proceedings in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

These Terms of Sale constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your purchase of products from our website.

If any provision of these Terms of Sale is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
