Shipping Information
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Turkey. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping times vary depending on your location: Turkey (1-3 business days), Europe (3-7 business days), North America (7-14 business days), and other international destinations (10-20 business days).
Free shipping is available for orders over $100. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
Delivery Information
All packages are shipped with tracking information which will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@shop4geeks.com with your order number and reason for return.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
